Intellisense X-ray Inspection System is an automated product quality control system using computerized X-ray image processing technology. This system can detect foreign objects, product shortages, and assembly defects in intermediate and finished products.
Intellisense X-ray Inspection System is a perfect solution for HACCP and Product-Liability Act regulations. X-ray Inspection System can image the inside of products, and detect micro-size foreign objects such as metal, stone, glass, bone and high density plastics.
The system typically controls a product rejecter to ensure a consistent and reliable product quality.
